House rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the villa. Service animals are welcome.
Can we have a party or an event?
No. Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed at the villa.
Can friends or family visit during our stay?
Day visitors are welcome, but we need to approve them first. Please contact is before inviting anyone who is not on the booking as we will need to add them to the booking and gate access. [we have the right to deny access to anyone extra]
The pool
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated for an extra $35 per day. Please request pool heating in advance, before you arrive.
Are inflatables allowed in the pool?
Yes, you can use inflatables in the pool, but you do so at your own risk.
Arrival and parking
How do we get through the gate?
Watersong is a gated community. Give your name at the guard house and you will be on the list.
Where do we park?
The driveway fits two cars. There is no street parking.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Inside the villa
Are towels and bedding provided?
Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach or pool towels.
Is there a gym?
Yes. Access to the resort gym is included with your stay.
How many people can stay?
The villa sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms.
Location and booking
How far is the villa from Disney and Universal?
StarDust Retreat is in Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida: about 20 minutes' drive from Walt Disney World, and about 45 minutes from Universal Orlando and Orlando International Airport. Drive times are approximate and depend on traffic.
Is this a private pool villa near Orlando?
Yes. It is a private four-bedroom villa with its own screened pool and spa, a games room and room for ten guests, inside the gated Watersong Resort in Davenport, about 20 minutes from Disney. Pool heating is optional, at $35 a day, and needs to be requested in advance.
Where is Watersong Resort?
Watersong is a gated resort community in Davenport, Florida, on the quiet side of town. It has a clubhouse, a zero-entry pool, a playground, a putting green and a volleyball court, a few minutes' walk from the villa. The villa's address is 986 Orange Cosmos Blvd, Davenport, FL 33837.
Is it a good base for a Disney and Universal holiday?
Many guests use it that way: Disney is about 20 minutes away, Universal Orlando about 45, and the villa has a private pool, a games room and four bedrooms for a family or two families to come back to after the parks. See the reviews for what past guests say.
