Hello This was our second stay in this magnificent house. So we were on familiar ground, and what a pleasure it was to be there as a family once again. Everything was perfect and we felt safe. With the swimming pool and spa, it was such a pleasure to come back here after a long day in the Disney parks. We had everything we needed for everyday life. Once again, you made our holiday into wonderful memories. We won't hesitate to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the host’s place. Clear check-in instructions were given and the host was flexible and enabled us to check-in an hour early to watch the World Cup! That was much appreciated. House and pool deck was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the listing. Lovely outlook from the pool area on to trees and wooded area which gave great sunset views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future 🙂
Had an amazing stay at Watersong, the house was spotlessly clean, spacious with plenty seating and room for the 8 of us to spread out. We were two families travelling together and never felt on top of each other in the house. The kids loved playing pool in the garage and splashing about in the pool. As did the adults. The house is just round the corner from the gorgeous clubhouse with larger pool. The area is lovely and quiet and felt very safe, great travelling distance for both Disney and universal parks. The host was very easy to contact and very friendly and responsive.
We had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was clean. The host was responsive. Furniture was beautiful. The pool was immaculate and it was very convenient to the parks.
Had a good few issues but the host dealt with them. I did feel though that the issues I had with the pool spoilt our enjoyment of the villa especially with a 2 year old who loves the water. Also thought the villa could be cleaned better as lots of stains on carpets and rugs and dirty cutlery drawer. Overall villa is in great location and the host was very responsive.

I had a new pool heater installed during your stay so that this doesn’t happen again. A pool enclosure panel was damaged at the start of your stay in and this was replaced within 24 hours of being notified. I have also passed your feedback about some cutlery not being clean onto the cleaning team.
We had a wonderful stay at the host’s place. It was comfortable, quiet and 30 minutes from the Disney theme parks. Communication responses were quick and useful. We would definitely recommend this property.

From the moment we drove into watersong and into the villa it felt like home. The house is huge with modern furniture, spacious rooms and a fabulous pool that we could hardly get the kids out of! The washer and dryer was a god send and the huge master-bath felt luxurious after a hard day at the parks. This home has everything you need including ponchos for the parks. The host is amazing and we would return again and again!

I spent a week at this lovely home and enjoyed it so much that I ended up booking an extra day! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was wonderful and made the check in/out process seamless. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

This is the perfect family space, with plenty of rooms for everyone to enjoy their holiday together. Great size of pool and space round it for loungers. Lovely local restaurants - highly recommend Fords Garage. Do take time to check round the house for what is there - we missed the ponchos that previous people had left and ended up buying more at the parks. Handy cool box available too. Great location for enjoying Disney and Universal. Publix supermarket just 5 minutes down the road. The host is fantastic, super quick to respond to queries and really helpful. Thank you for letting us use your amazing Floridian home.

Just got back from a 2 week stay with my family and friends. Wow, we had such an amazing time in Florida and this villa just made our visit to America even more special. Such a quiet, beautiful and safe area with many restaurants near by. Great location for visiting the Disney and Universal parks, so it was just perfect for us. This villa was so spacious and comfortable, we slept so well! Our children absolutely loved the pool- especially the toys/basketball net :) The host was amazing, very responsive, friendly and we always felt like she was there whenever we needed her. Thankyou so much for our stay in your beautiful home.

Fantastic place! The host was great at communicating. The kids loved the pool - great for a family! Pool noodles and basketball net were great additions to the pool space. Lots of space for everyone. It was good to know in advance about bringing supplies like dish soap, etc. so we were prepared with household items not provided. We loved our stay!!

We had a great stay this past week. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful! The gated community is quiet and peaceful! Also loved being close enough to the Disney parks! The host was very quick to respond and is an excellent host!We will definitely be back again!

I think one of the most important things about renting something for several weeks is to be sure that the photos and description are similar to the real house. Here my family and I can say that it is exceptionally superior!! The house and the neighborhood are beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature. You will go out in the morning and dozens of squirrels and birds from the lagoon will be around. The services of the house are excellent, the rooms comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is charming and functional. Both the dishwasher and the clothes washer and dryer are prepared for large groups (There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 young people). We not only highly recommend it for the property, but for the host and her support team in Davenport, always willing to solve and help. Without a doubt if we return to Orlando this house will be our first choice. Thank you for giving us this exceptional place to stay for almost 4 weeks.

I highly recommend this property! I do have a couple of things to note, the master bedroom with the king size bed gets very toasty and there was absolutely no dish detergent (we had dishwasher detergent). I don’t know if that was a genuine mistake or if that’s not provided. Also, bring extra washing detergent for linens and towels. Only one tab is provided and upon check out you are charged for excessive loads of laundry.
Thank you for the 5 star review and all the things you loved about the house! In reply to a couple of your points, guests are not expected to wash any of the linen/towels themselves. The guest information says it’s appreciated if guests run a washing load if they have time but this is not a must. I have never charged for laundry. I provide a starter amount of hand soap, toilet roll, dishwasher tab and laundry tab but guests are expected to provide any additional items for their needs.
This house is spacious and beautiful. it is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. My family felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we walked in the house. we all loved it ❤️. The host is very responsive and friendly in responding to my questions and issues.
Me and my wife had an amazing stay at the host’s home. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house is very clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. It’s perfect for couples or families. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We have been renting in Florida for the past 20 years and this was definitely one of our favourites. This home had everything we could ask for and needed which is rare. The management was the best we have ever dealt with….quick to respond, efficient and very caring. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

This place was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! There was plenty of room for our family of six. The place was identical to the pictures. The kitchen had everything we ever wanted. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We paid for pool heat, and it was always nice and warm. There is not one thing that I would change about this place. Thank you for making our stay fabulous!!

The host lives up to the super host rating, from the day we booked great communication, followed up after the first day to ensure we had settled in ok and had everything we needed. The house was amazing, very clean, lots of space, comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the games room and we made good use of the pool and hot tub. Paid extra for the pool heat which was well worth it. Overall great experience, would highly recommend this house.

The house was great and the host was very accomadating. We would rent this location again. Things to consider, traffic can be a cluster as there is construction in the area, so plan accordingly. ( This is a highly visited region of florida, so plan on traffic wherever you go). The house has zero cooking supplies. There are utensils and hardware but no cooking spray, salt/pepper, etc. Most vacation homes dont include these things, so plan on a walmart trip. The home was very clean, but it does show signs of wear and tear( as expected in a rental home). Our only real complaint from our group was the beds. They are very firm. i understand that is a personal preference, and it's impossible to have a type of bed please everyone. For future guests, if you like firm beds, then you will sleep wonderfully. If you aren't, then plan on spending some time in the jacuzzi to soften things up.
The house just feel like home! We felt very secure. We were happy to be back after a long day in Disney’s Parks. The pool and spa were very relaxing and we had so much fun with the kid. The house was cleen and had everything we needed. My big concerne was the AC but it worked just like expected. We stayed 11 days and yes it will be a pleasure to be back again! The host was great! We loved that this house was in a gated community with security. The house was clean, the host was very nice and responsive when we had any questions or concerns. Cons: Very far from downtown ( about 45min to hour and half ) drive depends what time of day you leave. The kitchen silverware/knives were very old and everything else, pots,pans all very old and not pleasant to cook in. ( had to buy at a store in order to cook ) No soap around the house, no dish washing soap, no garbage bags were left, no paper towels, we had to buy toilet paper, only 1 roll in each restroom. My biggest dislike was the AC!!! Couldn’t put it any lower that 72. And it’s doesn’t feel like 72. Feels like 80 in the house. The upstairs was unbearable to sleep in. Had to sleep on the couch a few nights. Pool hot tub heating $30 a night. Plus $25 fee for them to just come out and turn it on. Very inconvenient. But all else was great!!
Hi Roman Thank you for taking time to review the house. I was surprised that you were unhappy with some things as I asked you on your second day if everything was ok and you said yes, everything is great. If you had any issues with the pans/crockery etc I could have sorted that for you. I will ask the house manager to check over these items and replace them if necessary. My house information does state that the house is around 20/25 minutes to Disney and around 45 minutes from Universal/International Drive depending on traffic. The house listing asks you to book pool heat in advance and that it costs $30 per night. You contacted me during your stay to ask for it to be switched on for a couple of nights. The house manager would need to make two journeys to switch it on and then off again and would charge $25 to make this special journey. That is why it needs booking in advance. You are left with a toilet roll in each bathroom, one bin liner and dishwasher tablet to cover your first day. Guests are expected to supply their own soap/ toilet rolls after this. It is standard practice to have AC set at between 72/74 in rentals as they work in conjunction with the ceiling fans to achieve a comfortable temperature. They can also freeze if left on cooler setting for long periods. I’m sorry you didn’t find it comfortable. Kind regards The host

A fabulous house, and great host. The host was extremely responsive to our questions and accommodating, including organising a welcome pack for us which was much needed after a very long travel day. House instructions were very clear and the house welcome pack had some great recommendations and clear instructions. Pool was great and cleaned regularly. A peaceful gated community. We would return and recommend the host.

The host’s house is absolutely beautiful, we had a great stay for almost 3 weeks and felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful with some fantastic local wildlife. Great location for Disney parks, however 1 hour plus for Universal parks (unless travelling on a weekend) as traffic is very busy (which seems to be the norm in Florida). We all enjoyed the pool and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children, the local onsite public pool is also really pretty with some gorgoues views of the lake. The host is great. Would highly recommend and certainly return when holidaying in Florida again.

Comfortable, quite neighborhood, clean, all amentities needed to feel home, in ground pool maintained very well, no more than 30 to 40 minutes to Disney, Bush Gardens, Sea World, Universal or shipping.
this is a great place for large families. we were a group of 10 with six children. there were two bedrooms for the kids equipped with two bunk bed sets and two full size beds. the pool in the back was great for lazy days when we didn't feel like leaving the house. plus there's a game room. we found it a bit difficult to operate the TV in the game room but other than that everything else was amazing. the neighbors across the street were super sweet and stopped by to welcome us. they let us know that if we needed anything we could come by anytime.
The house, pool, and overall stay are excellent. The staff is there to help if you need anything, and it is one of the best stays I have ever experienced.

Absolutely loved the house, the neighborhood and everything about staying here. Beautiful house! the owner was great to deal with and communication was great throughout the whole stay. I highly recommend staying here. I definitely would again. the only negative thing I could even say would be that the "game room" in the garage was a bit too hot to enjoy even w the fan and ac unit they have in there. still a 5 star experience and that wouldn't stop me from booking again! The kids LOVED the private pool and hot tub to come home to every night!
House and neighborhood were beautiful and so close to all the things we wanted to do.
This house was a perfect spot it was very clean and cozy the pool was great. The rooms were big plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed here. The resort was also a big hit we used it a couple times durning our stay. We loved the location of the home. The house is in a gated community and check in was easy and quick. It does tend to get warmer upstairs the house does have a couple fans you can use besides the ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this house to others.

Are stay was great and the house is large enough for a big family. Just make sure you bring all every day needs . There is no extra rolls of toilet paper, dish soap. There is a lot of kitchen things there to us. This house is in a gate Area so very safe place and easy to find.

The house was great! The hot tub was great to sit in after days at Disney! The pool was the perfect temp and the house backs up to a beautiful view! Comfy and clean. I would defiantly stay here again!
Nice house, great location. I liked being away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to things! The pool heat was great, we got lots of use. The host answered any questions very quickly.
We were a family of 9 and there was plenty room and more for all of us. The house was clean and ready when we got there. The house is well equiped with all the necessary cooking tools. There are plenty of towels which come in very handy for pool use. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful spot away from all the crowds this is the right place. There were I believe Crane birds walking around the back all the time which was fun to watch. There are no tv's in the childrens rooms which was great because it forced "Family Time" in the living room🤣😂. The host was great responding to my messages. We enjoyed our stay and would definetely recommend this house.

This has to be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely stay again! It was so tastefully decorated and the host was so exceptional! She even made accommodations for me to host my intimate wedding reception dinner at her place! Communication with the host was great with timely responses and the pool was an absolute delight! This home is lovely! We stayed the week and it was perfect. It was really clean and the current pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet, the security guards are friendly and are there 24/7. They are strict about the no street parking, so do let them know when you have an extra car and they’ll accommodate you in their overflow parking. They tow cars without a pass or who street park. The rooms have a lovely ambiance and are so comfortable! The master bedroom has an amazing walk in closet with all the space you could want and extra blankets ect. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was our go-to everytime we came home, everyone had a great time in it. I also cannot say enough about the new couches they have in the second living room, they were soooo comfortable!!! I fell asleep there plenty of times and slept like a baby. It was just lovely overall. The area this neighborhood is in is not as developed as Kissimmee which means its quieter, and i do suggest to go an hour ahead of time when you plan on heading out because the Orlando traffic is no joke. I would happily come back here again! Had a total blast.

This house was so beautiful and so comfortable upon arrival the house was so clean and the pool and jacuzzi was amazing! We had a small issue with the dryer i emailed the owner and literally by the time my family and i returned from a day at the parks there was a BRAND NEW dryer installed i highly recommend this airbnb to anyone and everyone.

Kingfisher at Watersong is a beautiful property that provides great base of operations for all things Orlando. At the end of a busy amusement park day you can relax by the pool. The two master suites and two children bedrooms make it an ideal rental for two families! In addition, the host is great to work with.
This is a great vacation home for families! We loved that it was close to stores especially for easy grocery shopping. Heated pool was definitely a must and it stayed warm well into the evening!

House was amazing. The house was clean, game room was the key feature! It was close to the parks, malls, and restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi was the best part of the house. Jacuzzi worked better than any of the Airbnb’s I’ve been too. Will be booking again for a future trip.

Great stay! Our main goal was to have a house with a pool for our kids to enjoy their summer! The pool was great, the bedroom layout was great and the location was great! Brand new Publix down the road. Great location if you want to go to Disney. The community was beautiful and the people at the gate were very friendly! We will be back soon!

When we arrived to this beautiful house it was VERY clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet and has a club house that you can walk to. We used the house pool and hot tub mostly. I would recommend staying here and enjoying the Florida sun.

Large home with lots of space. The owner was quick to respond and fair. When the pool heater stopped working, a full refund was returned to us. Home could use some updating in the near future. Overall a great stay!
The house is very nice and we loved our stay there. It's a very comfortable place to stay with nice furniture. There were only 2 of us so it seemed large, lots of rooms if you brought kids with you. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The pool area is relaxing. Neighbors are close but was a very quiet neighborhood. It's a ways from Disney area so you don't get the hype from it. We would recommend the house for a nice place to get away and relax.

Ideally located to escape the theme parks for some peace and quiet but only 20-25 minutes drive away. Several good restaurants and shops even closer. Very spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and the games room. We had a couple of very minor queries at the start of our stay but these were resolved so quickly. Villa contained everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend.
What a lovely, spacious house to relax in. It’s about 30-45 minutes from Orlando but it was nice to be away from all the congestion. The pool is lovely and a good size. Responsive host.

We spent eight nights at the host’s home and it made for a great place to spend a week while visiting the Orlando theme parks. Everything was as described. The kids bedrooms had been updated to two bunkbeds and a twin bed in each room since the time we initially booked. It is about 20-ish minutes to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal. We basically did a theme park every other day and a “relax day” in between theme park days, spending much of those relax days there at the house playing in the pool, playing games, watching movies, etc. Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the game room especially. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed to be woken up a few times by renters in adjacent homes in their pools late at night, but not altogether surprised given the proximity of these homes to each other and apparent popularity of the neighborhood. Usually my phone’s white noise app would drown out the talking and we got back to sleep fine, but one night a neighbor was pretty rowdy before abruptly stopping. (Thankfully they departed the next day.) The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and the other bedrooms are also very nice. You could easily sleep 10 people in this home comfortably. Main level has plenty of room for people to spread out with two living areas and the game room, which also has its own AC unit. Overall a good experience and I recommend both the host and her home as a great place to stay in the Orlando area.
The place is perfect for a large family plus a couple more. The price was incredible for the place. We loved the pool and game areas, which weren’t perfect (hot in the game room, even with ac) but allowed us options to spend our down time. The home pool was a favorite by all, even though the Florida rain kept the pool cold. The club house pool and hot tub were another option that we took advantage of. The community was beautiful. I would recommend future travelers bring soap, kitchen and bath, garbage bags, and, if you have kids, maybe windex. I didn’t want to buy any but the patio door took a sticky beating. We will be back again.

This was our, mine and my family’s, first Airbnb stay so we didn’t know what to expect. We did love the house. But also had some hiccups during the week.The neighbors was having a house party the first night, thankfully they wrapped it up around midnight and we didn’t have any more noise problems for the neighbors the rest of week. Second we had to call the house management three times the two t.v.s in main rooms we found out from them that they had no cable only the living room tv had cable. The jacuzzi was not heated because we didn’t get the pool heated and we did not know it was either/or. The last time was when we sat outside of the gated community for 15 minutes with 8 other cars because the security guard was on a break even though housing management said security is supposed to be 24/7. The last thing was the day before our departure the housekeeper that cleans the house came ringing door bell and banging on door, which I came down in pjs answering the door didn’t know who it was and she apparently thought we checked out that day which I told her we check out tomorrow and all she said was oh. Other than that our family enjoyed the house and fully used the available amenities.
This house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and roomy. Lots of space to stretch out and feel comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was always very prompt as well as accommodating. Definitely recommend this home!

This house was amazing. It was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and was located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and pleasant and the location was great for the places we needed to be. These houses in Florida are all in gated communities. I knew that but not living in one did not understand what that meant. You have to show ID every time you come into the neighborhood. It was easy if not a little inconvenient but a surprise to those of us not used to it. There are not really any cleaning products so if you stay awhile you may need dish soap, paper towels and other items. This house is designed for large families and it was easy for everyone to separate into different rooms when we needed to. I would stay here again if I needed to be back in this part of the world. I loved the quiet nights of no traffic noise. Excellent host.

This house was incredible. The house was very clean. The pool was very nice and very relaxing and quiet. We went to Disney which was a short drive away (15min or so) and honestly wish we would have stayed longer at the house to just relax and swim. Easy drive to Clearwater and the Atlantic as well. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and we will be back to stay in the future.
